Mokudrive provides a multimedia platform on the Internet, allowing Users to upload and publish their own information (including files and content). In particular, Mokudrive's services provide Users with virtual storage space, enabling them to store video files from birthdays, weddings or leisure activities to share special memories with family and friends and display them using the Platform.
Mokudrive does not tolerate child pornography. If made aware of child pornography, Mokudrive will quickly remove such images, videos and report the content to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Any incident will be reported to the police and criminal proceedings will be instituted. Mokudrive also reserves the right to take any other actions, including cooperating with relevant law enforcement agencies, to assist in identifying and prosecuting individuals involved in transmitting or disseminating images containing child pornography.
